STEVE HAVENS
CHAIRMAN & CEO
Steve joined Havens in 1972. In that time, he’s held many positions ranging from Project Foreman to his current role as CEO.
ERIC HAVENS
PRESIDENT & COO
In 2002, Eric became the third generation of his family to join Havens Construction. He started as an Estimator/Project Manager and now is the COO.
BRUCE LAUGHLIN
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Bruce joined the Havens team in 1983. He’s a leader in our design build efforts, leverages key relationships, and provides project management.
BOB KRATTLI, P.E.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Bob has been with Havens since 1994. He’s a licensed Professional Civil Engineer. His current responsibilities include project bid selection and project management.
GENE MILLSAP
PROJECT MANAGER & SAFETY DIRECTOR
Over the years, Gene has served as a Field Supervisor and a Construction Coordinator. Now, he’s active in project management and estimating. He’s also our Safety Director.
JOHN BENNETT
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
John joined Havens in 2000 starting as a laborer/pipe layer. Since then, John has also held the position of Project Foreman and currently serves as Project Superintendent, focusing on Havens’ rehabilitation and trenchless projects.
DELBERT NOLKER
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Delbert joined Havens in 1999 starting as an excavator operator. Since then, Delbert has also held the position of Project Foreman and currently serves as Project Superintendent, focusing on Haven’s traditional open-cut projects.
