ERIC HAVENS
PRESIDENT & COO
In 2002, Eric became the third generation of his family to join Havens Construction. He started as an Estimator/Project Manager and now is the COO.
JUSTIN BOLSENGA
VICE PRESIDENT
Justin joined Havens in 2022 as Corporate Vice President. Justin assists in key strategic and operational decision-making for the company. Additionally, he is active in estimating, project management, and business development.

Eric joined the Havens team in 2022 as a Project Manager. Eric is active in estimating and project management, as well as technology implementation and operational tracking.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Delbert joined Havens in 1999 starting as an excavator operator. Since then, Delbert has also held the position of Project Foreman and currently serves as Project Superintendent, focusing on Haven’s traditional open-cut projects.
JOHN BENNETT
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
John joined Havens in 2000 starting as a laborer/pipe layer. Since then, John has also held the position of Project Foreman and currently serves as Project Superintendent, focusing on Havens’ rehabilitation and trenchless projects.
